Opteck are a fairly solid middle-of-the-range binary options broker. They offer all the usual functionality, the usual contract types, and the usual features. They do offer higher than usual returns on some trades, but also offer lower than usual returns on others. Their out-of-the-money rebates are a minimum of 5%, though, which is a nice touch.
